Landon Belcher
Senior Associate
Landon Belcher is a Senior Associate responsible for the oversight and administration of the operational due diligence (“ODD”) program for 50 South Capital’s private equity investments. The ODD program includes initial and ongoing reviews and monitoring of sub-advisers ensuring there are adequate and sufficient operational infrastructures in place.
Prior to joining 50 South Capital, Landon was a Team Lead in the Regulatory Reporting practice for Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services. He was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of various regulatory service offerings for a client-dedicated team, such as Form PF, Form ADV, AIFMD Annex IV, Form 13-F, and CPO-PQR. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2019, he was a Compliance Associate with IQ-EQ in Dallas, Texas where he primarily focused on ‘40 Act compliance for alternative asset managers.
Education & Associations
Landon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Baylor University and was a graduate of the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core (BIC).
