Lily Schroeder

Lily Schroeder is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Group at 50 South Capital. She focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing primary fund investments and direct co-investments in all areas, with a focus on venture capital.

Prior to joining 50 South Capital, Lily was a Senior Associate at Adams Street Partners, a private equity firm with over $60 billion in assets under management. At Adams Street, she specialized in performance analytics across all private equity strategies including primaries, secondaries, co-investments, and growth equity. Previously, she headed the variable annuity data at Morningstar and held positions through the Morningstar Development Program.

Lily graduated with High Honors from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Economics and Chinese. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
